We would like you to have the best visit possible to our farm, so we have compiled the following information so you are best informed. The Kalbar Sunflower Festival is on a working farm which operates growing other crops year round. We are located on the outskirts of Kalbar in the Scenic Rim our farm is on sloping ground, so some parts of the farm are difficult for people with limited mobility. Like any outdoor areas, the ground may become muddy after rainfall, so a few areas can be slippery. We recognise the National Companion Card and Carer Card.

In 2025 we will have an accessibility track for those in wheelchairs to be able to wheel through the sunflowers in a special area so that you can get up very close and have that special photo. We want everyone to be able to experience the joy of the sunflowers. If you have mobility issues we will also have several dedicated buggies for you to be picked up from the car park area and taken to the main festival area. We will also have some dedicated areas for driving through the sunflowers in the buggies so everyone can have the experience. Please see one of our team for help on the day.
