Kalbar Sunflowers, its employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any loss, however arising, from the use of, or reliance on any information provided in good faith.
As an operating farm on private property please visit with respect and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from a visit to our farm.
Children must be always supervised as there can be machinery moving around the property.
Appropriate footwear such as closed in shoes are required.
Users should also note that Kalbar Sunflowers does not endorse as to accuracy or content links on its Web pages to external Internet sites not published or maintained by it.

Ticketebo is the festival’s official event ticketing partner. Please refer to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
REFUNDS
Tickets to the Sunflower Festival are non-refundable. They will only go on sale when the flowers are about to bloom so please select your tickets carefully. We will go ahead regardless of weather. Keep up to date with weather forecasts which we will post on our social media. If you cannot attend please give your tickets to family or friends. Scammers are a big problem in ticket re-selling and we do not suggest you try and sell them online, we take no responsibility for disreputable sellers.
You acknowledge that the Kalbar Sunflower Festival is held on a working farm which has no sealed driveways/pathways and is exposed to the elements, which if it rains can cause the ground to become muddy and slippery.
RESTRICTIONS
The festival and property of the Kalbar Sunflowers is a smoke / vaping free zone.
No drones permitted unless permission given by owner.
No speeding on the property.
The use of bad language and behaviour will not be tolerated.
